The Edgewater - Fine dining & lakeside bliss 
Another world away....
"Best views from a bedroom window in the Whistler Valley." A typical view includes views of Green Lake, Armchair Glacier, Wedge Mountain, and Whistler Blackcomb.
A private estate: 42 acres of the most beautiful forested property imaginable in one of Earth's more amazing settings. Spectacular dining and views. Minutes (3 Kilometers) North of Whistler Village bordering on the River of Golden Dreams and Nicklaus North Golf Course.
Setting: The lodge is in one of British Columbia and Whistler's most spectacular locations. The views from the lodge, the garden areas, and the dining room are unparalled in Whistler.
Capacity: The lodge can handle groups up to a maximum of about 120 people for a summer wedding with dinner reception. The dining room itself sits up to 70 people comfortably for dinner inside and an additional 30 people on our deck whereas for the larger weddings, a Marquis tent is set up on our lawn beside the lake.

The rooms (either a single room or a bedroom with den and deck) are comfortable but basic—until you climb into bed. From there, every guest can see the long alpenglow on Whistler and Blackcomb, the lights of snowcats tracing the runs at night, moonlight on the water and an occasional train passing on the far shore." The centerpiece of the hotel is its lakeside dining room, with high vaulted ceilings, walls of 
glass and a dazzling menu.

Activities:
With the 2010 Olympics just around the corner, Whistler is busy preparing to host the world. Our cross country skiing in the Whistler Valley around Lost Lake has over 40km of groomed trails to explore. Perhaps something a little more for the family? The Edgewater activity centre has horsedrawn sleighrides for the whole family and in summer, trail rides, canoe and kayak rentals well as a myriad of other activities!
